Whether you visit our retail shop, online shop or our fully comprehensive workshops, you will find highly trained, skilled and knowledgeable staff willing to help and advise on any aspect of cycling.

In the workshop you will find Ade, who is experienced in handling anything from basic repairs to assembling competition machines to wheelbuilding. Trikes for Paralympic riders, tandems and tandem trikes.

John – framebuilder – now in semi retirement, but still available for renovations and some 1 off frames.

Alistair – engineer and master of the tricycle axle. Also makes all ‘non-standard’ parts, usually for disabled riders and special needs

Sue - workshop manager, and usually the first contact you will have with us when making enquiries via telephone.

Bev or Lance - retail shop and usually the most stressed! You want to try working with the public.

Security - Jessie and Jasper, noisy reception and will not let you out until money has exchanged. (Both border collies)
